One of my favorites of yours... just enough of everything and not too much of anything.

Thanks very much. I do like this one a lot too. I have been printing my white BG images on heavy art paper and they really come out nice. Very soft and matte. I boost the saturation and contrast almost to Epson's limit because the paper isn't coated and it compensates for the absorption. The prints are very bright.

Whoa, Tom - this is really making my head spin. It almost seems as if it could start moving at any moment, or pop off my screen. The colors are very nice and give it a very professional book. When are you going to start doing business cards?!?

Thank you. I think this was meant for the wall of an ultra-contemporary building. It is one of my personal favorites.

Thanks very much.
I showed an image to a friend recently and she said it reminded her of a pendulum so I went home and refined the image into this and named it "Pendulum". (Thanks Katey!)

very scientific look. moire' patterns have always excited my eyes! unique shapes even for a fractal. the line that cups the opening of the sphere is very graceful....and creates the diagonal on the lower part. it creates its own balanced graphic design element. amazing there is no postwork

Thanks, I really regard all of what you said as a high compliment. I'm happy with the proportions of space with this piece also.

I like these... there's all these lines that come together in the middle to form a shaky-looking circle. It almost looks as if it's a bunch of waves that have been diffracted into a pattern. Love the subtle fade-out of the green, too.

Thanks David.
I have been going more to white BGs lately for 2 reasons. First, I like them, and second, I have been printing my images out on artist paper (image size 13"x20") and I don't use much ink so the paper doesn't wrinkle. No solid black to contend with. The texture and finish I get is so much like colored pencil drawings. "Pendulum" looks awesome when printed. I also have a piece I will submit tomorrow that has a light gray BG with a "wispy" red image that has printed out beautiful. The gray BG adds solidity to the image that I wouldn't have gotten with a black or white BG. Piece is titled "Style Revisited" because I previously submitted it with different colors titled "Style".
