Halloween!I'll also be uploading a tutorial for the face paint I'm wearing in my haunted house.
I apologize for the poor quality of the pictures, my camera is broken, so I had to use my mom's crappy one

I've tried this 4 times and everything goes well until I try to paint. The glue keeps dissolving. How do you paint the blistered areas without the glueΒ dissolving?

I've never had that problem, but you should be able to fix it by using less water, if that makes sense. That is, make sure the glue doesn't get too wet. A sponge is a great way to do that, it will absorb the water but still get the color on. Unless it's the paint itself which is dissolving the glue, in which case you probably shouldn't be putting it on your skin O.o Just on that note, make sure the paint is non toxic, even though that has nothing to do with your original problem. Hopefully this helped, if you keep having problems you can just get some lipstick and use that instead. Lipstick is not expensive, and it doesn't have to be nice lipstick or anything

My first test I diluted the paint with water, the second and thirdΒ time just the paint, fourth time I tried airing out the paint to make it more tacky. none of these worked. My paints have no labels as to whether they're non-toxic or not. I shall try different paint. any recommendations as to witch kind of paint I should try?

Any kind of children's watercolors are pretty good, they're for children so they're non-toxic

I'll definitely have to try different paints. I'm allergic to most makeup so if I bought lipstick it would have to be an expensive brand. Unfortunately I'm also allergic to latex which limits my Halloween makeup options considerably.
It's really cool your tutorial doesn't require latex or a lot of makeup, hopefully my next test will turn out.
