As far back as I can remember these spotlights have never worked. And if they did there would be a huge shadow on the wall on account of that bar going right in front of the lamp. Most are filled with trash and some are missing entirely. The cages are also painted the same shade of green as the roof, the parking lot lights and most of the trim.
