Description
Introducing the USS Endeavour, flagship of the new United Federation of Planets. Built as an NX class cruiser and refitted to a Columbia class starship using components from the retired Enterprise, the Endeavour is under the command of Captain T'Pol and also Admiral Jonathan Archer's personal flagship.Model by me

Definitely bridges the evolutionary gap between the NX and Constitution-class. The Endeavour is a fine ship. T'Pol has definitely earned it. Looking forward to more renders! 😀

Many, including myself, say that there should be a Buran and a Ptichka, maybe even a Baikal, named after the Soviet Buran class space shuttles (in real life, only Buran was completed and flew for a single time in space).

The kept the original deflector because the added section can be blown off in an emergency and the ship could still warp away. Also, the NX Refits are officially Enterprise-class, not Columbia-class.

Memory Beta says it's Columbia class. Archer named it in honor of the lost NX-02.

An author called it Columbia-class in the books and CBS jumped on him/her for doing so, saying the name was officially Enterprise-class. Non-refit vessels are still referred to as NX-class.

Christopher Bennett is a great author, probably one of my top 3 favourite authors up there with David Mack and Kristen Beyer.
CBS is pretty shitty these days, they killed off Enterprise as it was getting good, gave us a Reboot movie series rather than a new TV series and authorized that junk called Star Trek Online. To be honest I much prefer the novelverse over any of the official CBS material these days they have simply lost their way.

Ya in the TOS it was Starship on the dedication plaque. In the movies the refit was mentioned (although not in the movies itself) as the Enterprise class. I much prefer Constitution or Constitution refit however.

A Yorktownhoz képest gyengébb, az már egy modernebb design. Ennek asszem andoriai taktikai rendszerei és vulkáni szenzorai vannak, tehát nagyobbat és pontosabban lő, mint a jó öreg NX-01.

Though Enterprise is still technically the Flagship of the Federation, I like what you have done here Mr. Metlesits. And in a way, you can say that Enterprise is still the Federation's flagship, because Endeavour uses Enterprise's advanced gear and secondary hull. Great work as always.
