Ja zazwyczaj szkicuję bardzo delikatnie, żeby potem łatwiej wymazać. Jeśli coś jeszcze zostaje, to potem po skanowaniu można w Photoshopie wymazać gumką. Możesz też jeszcze raz przerysować na podświetlarce, jeżeli szkic ci wyszedł zbyt mocny, będzie łatwiej wymazać.

the thing is when i do shading on traditional i use the gray marker to add the shadow mark how can i make that gray half tone?

Well, I never used such technique but you can try select this gray areas with 'magic wand' tool (or 'lasso' tool if the wand selects too much area). On the new layer you fill in with some color then you can use half tone. You can put the rone layer on 'multiply' if you want to keep your original gray, too.
Should work this way.

ja mam Epsona V300. Mnie też skanuje brudy i takie tam, ale po edycji w PSie jest super. Zbytnio się nie znam na skanerach, ale ten jest ok ;D
