That's a pretty cool piece! I really like how well you defined her. Especially the face and hand look great. Those subtle blues and purples on her hand are delicious I do think however, that you could improve the water by giving it a little more structure. Water is not merely a transparent plane, but it reflects its surrounding and refracts what is underneath. And by deciding where you show these properties, you give it more believability. It would also be nice to indicate some of her motion and how maybe the dress doesn't sink all in =]
I hope you don't mind these couple of critiques. In any case, great work!
