Ok fine, I juuuuust barely missed the month cut-off. But February's a stupid month with only (leap year!) 29 days. So missed, but still less than 30 days since the last villain pixel. Whatever.This is Instructor (Ritch)Ritchhiker (gah, seriously, that's how they named the golden head version?) from Carranger//General Havoc from Power Rangers Turbo. I honestly don't remember much about Turbo so I was a bit surprised that he has two color schemes. Plus, I've never seen Carranger, so all I have to go on is a very iffy childhood memory of Turbo. Totally did not remember/know that whatsoever. The golden head version definitely looks better to me though, hands down.
This is another villain decided upon by votes. General Havoc was actually tied with another villain from Carranger/Turbo, but I liked Havoc's design more. It's just so sleek and not overtly villainous/monstrous. So I made him, too bad for that other villain. I just heard from WatchMojo’s top 10 Evil Zords that he would return with a new Metallosaurus but never kept that promise. If Zyuohger gets adapted as an anniversary season, Gift’s adaptation name should be Neo-Metallosaurus, that way it can solve one of PR’s greatest mysteries.

Actually the golden head one was a result of corruption. Exhaus, the true villain of Carranger, tried to inflict it on someone else, and hit Ritchiker instead(Instantly making him go insane).
