EDIT: He's in the official folder, so... he's official! And now named.... Ruru. (yeah. Reference.) Probably got a full, proper name but just call 'em Ruru.

I will say that I both love and hate this design at the same time. I'm going to despise drawing it in the future but it's sooooooo cool looking. I think the tail is my favorite part. It's got the fun, cool, creep look to it. Feel like the teeth should've glowed too but eh. Also the glow difference on the red areas (red/green-blue) is on purpose. I imagine he's all into music and tries to act super scary and cool and then like... easily spooked.
