Yep! It's Charlie from "All Dogs Go 2 Heaven". Here's the inked version if you'd like to try your hand at coloring it > [link]Microns on sketchbook paper, then scanned and colored in Photoshop CS2 with my tablet.

once im feeling better (see my journal) and IF i have the time. usually pretty booked with commissions. if you wanted to pay to have it done maybe we could work something out, but i rarely take requests unless it's something i have alot of personal motivation to do..which at this point is kinda blah. doubt id do it
