Unlike her counterpart of Mobius 14070, where she wants to be fat and become a sumo and pro wrestler, this version of Marshmallow actually likes to be an inventor and create gadgets to use in her battles. Here's a question, who built the "Tornado"? It wasn't Sonic since he doesn't have the skills of inventing and it wasn't Tails since he found it when he was with Sonic on the West Side Island. Here's the answer: It originally belonged to Marshmallow as she originally was born on the North Star Island. One day, while on South Island, when she wanted to paint the "Tornado" with some extra white design, she saw Sonic coming and left it where Sonic thought it was abandoned and finished coloring it to claim as his own. Marshmallow didn't want to interject, so she decided to let it go. However, as time went on, she did meet up with Sonic and his friends. He even met Slane, who saw that his left arm was cybernetic thanks to a friend of his. Marshmallow wanted to work more on this research and even join in the fight against Eggman.

Note: There is no mention of Marshmallow's parents as she doesn't mention about them.
