What you should do: Make this red cloth thing for the medic, thin, bust strong enough to hold some weight. The Medic's medipack has a car battery in it, and there's an outlet on the bottom. You plug a cord into the outlet that plugs into the medigun. The cloth connects to the tip of the medigun, and on the inside, you put red (non-flammable) cloth. Inside the cloth is christmas lights (on the medipack is a switch turning the power on). On the end that would touch your target of healing is either a hoot or a clip, or something.

That would be extremely cool, but way out of our area of expertise I think.
We'd need something much studier to hold up the backpack then my flimsy suspenders.
~EmberLightSpirit plans on remaking most of the MediPac, so having some sweet lights would certainly be something to look into the next time around!

O- No an unarmed Heavy, I think you would need a Pyro to back up your defenses just in case. Like the picture, it cleaned up well!
