Anglerfish mermaid — Description
An anglerfish siren/mermaid character I've been workshopping! She uses the human upper body as a lure to trick humans to get in the water with her, after which she eats them. The human body has working eyes, lungs and mouthparts, if only to track her prey and call them to the water via words or song. The brain and digestive track are in the fish part as it is the "true" part of the mermaid.
