Amazing photomanipulation! The way you blended in the "ear" parts into her actual skin is expertly and realistically done.

Her eyes stand out so much, so that's pretty cool. And I like what seems to be a piercing above her lip.
The skin is so smooth and contrasts nicely with the purple part beneath.
Again, your use of color is amazing.
