Riddler Design — Description
here's my design or take on Riddler, i kind of mixed the im Carry look from Batman Forever and the Goth Emo one from The Batman (voiced by Robert Englund) with abit of my ideas and thoughts and somewhat modled him after Weird Al Yankovic. his cane/stick didn't come out well. i hate how i drew it, it would look more like the film/animated one with a green demond which has control over people's minds.
