Description
This Ghost-Girl from Night of the Werehog didn't have a name from what I could see. Anyhow, since she's such a lovely one shot character I had to take a crack at drawing her. I couldn't find a good reference for her true form so I did a revamp of her easier to draw form.Now it looks a lot more like her.

....so why does Sonic randomly get lycanthropy in this mini-movie? I liked the scarf-ghost the most...and that...weird fairy chipmonk guy. O_o? what is he?

This movie's related to Sonic Unleashed.
In that game Sonic accidentally absorbs a bit of the earth's dark energy which changes him into a monster at night. In the day he turns back to normal.
The little guy can't remember his name so Sonic calls him Chip since he likes to eat chocolate chips. Sonic thinks his landing on Chip caused him to lose his memory so he decides to take care of him and help him try to get it back.

Now that I know his name is Chip he's probably some weird Chipmonk with a foofier than usual tail.
Since everything in Sonic is named for blatently obvious characteristics I'll guess the tall ghost is Ribbon, the fat one is Bow and the pink ghost is Jewel or Flash or Rose?

Seriously, when Chip remembers he's a divine being, I can see him being ticked at the GG play acting as him.
