I really dont understand why every one is so bent over that other picture....tons of pictures have the same pose, where are you bitchin when those happen?! The shirt is different n hes leaning against the other side. Its awesome work, fantastic work. If it bothers you so much, and you think they look so much alike how can you not see how different they are?!?! I agree it might have been an influence but like i said, come on people, its an animal, leaning to the other side, wearing a different shirt....morons...

It's actually been flipped, if you look at the wrinkles in the shirts they're exactly the same. [link] I think he partially traced it and freehanded the rest, that's a possibility.

I agree that you should cite the reference: [link] when the pose is so closely based on the original photo. This is a great piece of art though, I love how intense the character's expression is.

they USED A REFERENCE they did not "rip it off". it's a perfectly fine thing to do. now, if the artist had traced over the photo, it would be wrong, but they clearly didn't. so yeah.

I've actually begun to think they did trace, I overlayed the two pics and the folds in the shirt are exactly the same, among other weird similarities. >>;
