It's her fantasy design as shown in the references, the only difference being the addition of red dragon scales on her skin (best shown in this image ). Other parts to note is that the circular jewelry near her neck is actually a large clip for her hood (not connected to her neckband). She also has a scar on her left cheek and two beauty marks, one below her left eye and one below the left side of her lips.
