When I saw this, I thought it was taken near my home town in Connecticut, USA.
I see someone else was reminded of his home in China, and the picture was taken in India.
That's the magic of a photograph, to remind us all of home.

This is a very lovely photograph! I love being able to see the rain fall,and the moving silhouette of the person in the front really adds to it! The reflections in the wet concrete are very wonderful as well!
I have only one suggestion for you:
- The horizon is slightly crooked, it might help to straighten it to make the picture even better!
