A Mermaid's Call — Description
I've been playing with this image for about three days now..
I'm actually really proud of how it came out.

And what you see here is the finished project.
The hair didn't come out exactly like I wanted it to, and I know there's a few flaws in it still.
But I'm still learning, so go easy on me please.
