Assembly — Description
There is a song that "does that thing" to me that words would only spoil but you know what I mean and will have your own description for it. Actually I know a lot of songs like that and many are from Psychedelic bands or post psyche early prog bands which is where the inspiration for this deviation comes from.

The song is Metropolis by The Luck of Eden Hall. I found them by chance about 2 years ago and it was one of those those golden moments when you know you just hit the pay dirt. If Psyche is your thing or not check them out. This track is the first song on the Butterfly Revolutions Vol.2 album.

The song and the incredible (for the time) film of the same name are somewhat intertwined here but I'm kind of pleased with the outcome and as its one of my better rendering efforts.

Voice 1: We time travel silent and dumb to the start of this whole impossible trip...

Voice 1: We try to ask our Gods who's to blame for this horrible thing. We fall asleep...

Voice 1: In the dreams our Gods come to us and they laugh and they dance and they sing...

Voice 2: "I'd like to build a fountain in the center of the world."
"These ordinary people have no need for golden girls."

Voice 2: She said, "Grow a tiny garden."

Voice 1: At the center of the world there's a hole where the center should be. Where everything stops...

Voice 2: She said, "Make the people smile."

Voice 1: The end of the world is a sign we know we should read. We've forgotten to see...

Voice 2: She said, "If you let it harden",

Voice 1: so close up your eyes open your mind. Wasn't it all worth the ride?

Voice 2: Then your heart will surely die."

Voice 2: "I'd like to build a fountain in the center of the world."
