How else do you think we find our talent? I regularly send one of my staff to go check and see if there's new fresh talent that we should be working with. This is how we found Quinn.Personally, I think it was a great acquisition. What about you?

I dunno . . . .it's great to rely on your staff and all, but still, if I were you, I'd get out there and PERSONALLY scout the talent once in awhile. Y'know, just to show your staff what you expect.
