Second in the Chimera Council mini project is the Capra Magus! I integrated an old OC, Tryphon, into this new form

The Chimera Magi are predominately goat-like, though some exhibit traits of the mythical kirin. Specializing in all things magic, they channeled their spells through scepters and staves topped with arcane and soul stones. Some individuals dabbled so deeply in arcane energies that they became something else entirely. The Magi were led by Tryphon, a soft-spoken individual who served as the seer and counselor to his peers.
