You've hit a spot here as this cat looks more relaxed than me in the weekends. I like the vintage tone of the colors and the contrasts which is quite cute along with how the light hits the cats furr. One small issue is that maybe a different angle would have been better? Not necessarily to the side as it is now but a bit closer towards the front and you could have caught his/her whole body. Also you need to somehow straighten the camera when you take pictures so they can be equal to the right as well to the left. Doesn't it seem funny that cats are always sabotaging our artistic view of how we want to photograph them? I know mine tend to do that... always!

Thank you very much for taking the time to write the critique! I really appreciate the feedback and I will definitely take the appropriate steps to improve the angles and shots. Sadly, I could not do it this time around as the cat decided to get up and move shortly after the photo was taken.Ā
I'll still keep that all in mind though, especially working on keeping the camera straighter.Ā
