asdfghjklDarn it~ I was thinking about drawing something special for my 200th Deviation~~XDD
oh well~
I`ve been getting some comments that said they wanted to know more about how I make my effects I started last summer
I mostly use stamps that came with the art program, but I think I thought of something what everyone might be able to do without the same program

I use the free version of sketchbook (Also I don't have a graphic tablet, just a simple tablet)
And yes, your tutorial is veryyyyyy useful

we use a Japanese Art program called Illustration Studio
it seems they don`t make it anymore
instead, they make Clip art studio now

I`ve never found stuff like these on Photoshop, it`s hard XDD
