The Common Rider (centre). Go! Go! Let's go! Hero of the common man! Elysium City's greatest warrior and defender, the Common Rider has been around since Contract Rider systems began, and acts as an icon for all Contract Riders to follow; Contract Rider Java , in particular, idolizes him and sees him as their primary inspiration. Rather than working on commission or being contracted to a corporation like Soleil D'Or or Ringfort, this anonymous Rider works directly for the Elysium city council; rarely appearing in public, he spends his time roaming the wastelands outside the dome in the hope of finding a way to expand Elysium's boundaries.
Unlike most Contract Riders, the Common Rider does not strictly use organic, cybernetic or hard-light systems; instead, his Locus Charger belt combines aspects of all three.

Marianne Chaumet — Contract Rider Fleur (right). The emotionally-distant mother of Contract Rider Luxe , Marianne Chaumet was the previous Contract Rider of Soleil D'Or Bijoutiers; now retired from field duty, she currently acts as the corporation's head of human resources, but nonetheless will appear in her form as Contract Rider Fleur for public relations events. Though largely absent from her son's life, she nonetheless supports him as a Rider (albeit in a "stage mom" sense).
While Fleur generally allows people to think that she is a hard-light Mahōrider, her Fioriture Driver in fact is a Biorider system using plant DNA; in her primary form, Fleur de Lys, she uses genetic material from a peace lily.

Douglas Abe — Contract Rider Om3ga (left). The protector of Elysium City Harbor, Contract Rider Om3ga is generally viewed with unease thanks to his uncannily tall frame, his brutal methods of dispatching any aquatic Geisters that threaten the shore, and the constant smell of fish that persists even when he isn't in Rider form. In person, however, Doug is soft-spoken, thoughtful and kind; a congenital genetic disorder, which resulted in his unusual height and gives him webs of skin between his fingers and toes, may have been partial inspiration for his philosophy that people should try to “find their niche” in the world, rather than contorting to what people think they should be.
Contract Rider Om3ga uses a variant of the Gene Driver also used by Contract Rider Wyvern , reinforced and insulated to waterproof it. His personal Gene Vial contains a slurry of piscine DNA, primarily piranha and anglerfish.
