Best villain ever. Period. If not for his insane personality, his memorable laughter (he and Kefka would be best buddies
) or his vast list of quotes Fawful is also one of the only, pardon, THE ONLY villain that actually goes through many changes in 3 different games to become the ultimate boss 
In the first he's a subordinate, in the second he's a badge seller, and in the third... well, he just "wanted some kingdom conquering" 
I think it's not a real worthy piece for such a great character... but meh, I'll let you decide.

i got superstar saga a few days ago, and the first time i saw him just randomly yell out "FINK-RATS!!!" i about died! XD
may not be the best villain in my book, but he's definately in there somewhere XD
the sheer randomness he displays is.... well.... shocking really, talking about
the mustard of our doom, having the "readiness" for that attack, ect.
