So, I drew a Cylon from the original Battlestar Galactica. I got it out of my system! It feels great to be drawing like a madman again. So before anyone points it out, I used a rookie tool: Lens Flare. yeah, I know, it's lens flare, but the one thing that stood out about that the original series, was how freakin' shiny the Cylons were. Anyhoo, I'm pretty happy with it (since most of the detail was done in photoshop). The Cylon Raider was easy too. It's nice to see that my drafting classes from high school still come in handy!-J

well you used the lens flare very well i'd have to say it dosn't look at all like a rookie tool the way you use it.

Thank yew! I was gonna actually draw an army of them, but the sketch I did looked better with one soilder as the focus, instead of a LOT of unssecery detail.
