Felix REF — Description
WOW BACKSTORY:
Once upon a time, there was a little girl born to a rich and successful family. Her name was Felicia. Felicia always spent her time with the "tomboy" crew, and she was perfectly contempt with that. Her parents, who spent very little time acknowledging her existence had no objections. In fact, that had no opinion at all. While just like the other tomboy girls, she wore boys clothes and never touched an ounce of makeup in her life, Felicia felt like there was something wrong. She always felt like she went an extra mile more than the rest of her girl friends.
Upon transitioning from later middle school years to high school, Felicia noticed unexplained changes she couldn't ignore. When she looked in the mirror, she couldn't see a girl at all. She wasn't like the others and they weren't like her. She felt undeniably like a boy. She bought a binder and upped her game on boys clothes. While kids squealed over their crushes in the beginnings of middle school, Felicia didn't start feeling anything for anyone until this time. Something was off, though. No matter how she tried, she didn't care for boys at all. What did make her heart skip a beat though, was girls.
Felicia decided to do some research on her strange feelings and concluded that she was indeed transgender. She changed her name to Felix and went through surgeries and started taking testosterone. With this, Felix was legally allowed to change the gender on his driver's licence, forever declaring him a male. Felix's parents, who funded this whole ordeal, didn't care in the slightest. They handed him the money and went right back to being rich. Felix didn't care. He felt happier.
At first, people whispered about him. He got weird looks in the halls and rumors floated around like smoke from an open fire. He was never bullied per-say, but he was definitely the talk of the school.
During the summer after sophomore year, the Garner family's office in Idaho closed and was moved to a sleepy town in Pennsylvania. There, nobody knew about Felix's past. He decided not to tell anybody about who he used to be or about what he had been through. Felix was never truly close to anybody. He had friends, who he spent most of his weekends with. They joked and laughed and what-not, but Felix never truly opened up to anybody. While Felix had respect for his parents, who provided him with his lifestyle and his surgery, he was not and couldn't ever be close to them. They were cold, closed off, and always busy.
This all changed when Felix met Elli, a sweet, thoughtful, but relentlessly dirty-minded girl who recently moved to his school. Once Felix was assigned to introducing Elli to the building and the high school life due to his exceptionally high grades, Elli insisted on following him everywhere. Felix, who was starstruck by Elli's bottomless charm and quick wit, had instantly fallen for the small ginger girl. However, something in Elli's gaze was prying and open. She was so open and personable that Felix's secrets felt vulnerable. To overcompensate, Felix acted cold to Elli and tried his best to shun her. Despite his best efforts, he couldn't help it. After several months, the two grew close and they began dating. Felix opened up and told Elli the truth about his past. Elli thought little of it and was actually impressed with him. Felix still did his best to stay cold even after this because at this point it felt wrong not to be, but in truth the two were inseparable. The end (so far).
