The unfortunate thing about this shot is you can't see how cool Becca's shoes are.

Great shot! I like the little details you've added, like the hidden rose, and the red lighting works to give it a real sense of travelling past a neon light. Technically it's a good exposure but I think there is a little too much dead space on the right. Maybe cropping off the right by giving it a 5:4 aspect ratio or darkening it would make the image work better.
