I had a moment while colouring Senketsu where I was like, 'oh hey, I can draw' and then I felt magic.I seem to have decided to draw a picture of a character every time I finish an anime. I finished this a few days ago. Drew the picture yesterday.
I'll do a digital chibi of all the previous ones on my list, I sort of feel required to since I started on the second last anime on my list. So next is Natsuno...then Ciel. I think I might actually get stuck drawing guys for awhile.
I'm not sure how long this took, but definitely over an hour. I'm upset how it came out scanned, the original was just fantastic.

Awesome job! The lines are really smooth, you did an excellent job drawing the folds of the fabric, and the shading is very well done. I would recommend that you try to take a picture of your drawing rather than scan it, if you can; there are lots of tips on how to do that online, and I find that it really brings out the art in a way that scanning it simply can't. Great work

Thanks really. It's nice having someone say what they like rather than simply saying 'nice'. It's much more legitimate. I really appreciate it. This site's still better than FFN.net, though.
I tried to do my best with all the folds and how Senketsu fell on her because the art style of the anime was very simple. The shading's one of the best from me lately, I was comparing it to old pictures and couldn't believe how I'd improved.
It'd take your tip take a picture rather than scan, but my phone and such takes terrible pictures, and mum's is prone to screwing up. So scanning is better than pictures in my house because the only decent camera is on my brother's phone. And I don't see me getting the use of his phone any time soon. Thanks for the tip anyway. When I get the opportunity I'll take it though.
I can get back the original quality of the picture if I mess with the contrast a little. It's tedious and easy to screw up however. But my new scanner works better than the last, so hopefully it'll actually serve useful for once.

You did a great job! Your shading has a very smooth gradient from light to dark. The one thing I might recommend is perhaps try shading different materials in different ways-- for example, while hair and clothes are different materials, you shaded the same way. It still looks great, but you may find that shading the hair in a different style than the clothes makes them stand out that much more. But you've absolutely come a long way

I was doing the hair differently for awhile, but it didn't come out with a good effect, I'll try some new styles. Thanks for the tips.
