just as crazy good taking portraits of themselves as they are posing in front of the camera...
and maybe having or not having a photographer behing the camera affects the result in one way or another no..?

I like this a lot!

You're photography reminds me a lot of Corinne Day! ... I suggest you look over her documentative work! she did a study recently (think it's called Diary) she basically took a few years out of fashion photography (bcos it's bent basically) and she spent her time following her friends slow demise to drugs etc! ...

Your work has an element of that!... I like it!
