Also, did you ever watch RWBY? Because if not, then what do you even know about Blake?
But before this gets out of hand (or paw), let´s just agree to disagree, ok?
Both have their good sides, but also their bad sides. For example, I wouldn´t trust Ichigo with taking on a psychopathic mass murderer who used to run a terrorist organization, but I also wouldn´t trust Blake to work in a café or have a large circle of friends.
Still, and I say this with as little bias as possible, in a battle to the death, Ichigo would lose.
Speaking of bias, RWBY is on a hiatus at the moment, so Tokyo Mew Mew is more interesting to me, so if I was biased in this decision, I´d be more likely to rule in Ichigo´s favor.
Anyway, I plan on writing a Tokyo Mew Mew fanfiction soon. No idea when it´ll be published, since I have a couple other projects as well, but I´ll definitely write it once I finish watching the show.

This is the problem with the internet, it's hard to tell when someone is just be sarcastic or joking around (which I was with that comment).
Yes, I have seen RWBY, the fist two seasons of it. Blake was okay, and a little cute, but just too cold for me. Ichigo is far more friendly and more. Just as a lovable nekogirl should be.
But besides all that, Tokyo Mew Mew inspired me to create something great, and has given me a good future to look forward to!

Don´t worry, there are people out there who don´t know when someone is sarcastic in real life either. It´s a bit hard at first, but I got used to it. 
I don´t think Blake is cold, just introverted. If someone found something she is passionate about and talked with her about that, she´d open up a lot. It just takes some work to get us introverts out of our shells, but when someone manages it, they´ll discover a nice gem of a person.
That´s good to hear.
For me, My Little Pony did something similar. When I started writing fanfictions, I discovered a lot about myself, and that has really helped me get my life together.
