I made this art to represent the suffering Leonid had to go through while he was struggling to recover and lead his nation from its war-torn, pathetic state.

The sunflower represents hope, dreams, and positivity. Things that Leonid desperately wishes to make happen for his nation. Yet, the creeping madness and the unwanted godhood he's enduring affected the path he took to make the sunflower flourish. Forcing him to shed blood for it to grow. Melancholy surrounds him and his flowers, the only sun shining is the crimson sun of the centipede.

The tangled body of a centipede wrapping Leonid's decapitated head symbolises his internal struggle and his own mental state, which is slowly detached from humanity. Hope had abandoned him; he could only clasp his hands for unanswered prayers and surrender to his own fate.

Infinity (∞) is the sacred symbol of the God of Flesh and Blood. It represents his infinite longevity, the infinite cycle of life and death he brings, and the seemingly infinite amount of torment Leonid endured to become his incarnation.
