Yes, I did read it. Must've been over two years ago now. While it's no longer show accurate, I remember it to be a short, yet emotionally palpable, story.

I think I'm gonna stick to my old principle anyway; avoid doing what you're bad at and you won't fail. It's 100 percent foolproof.

I sometimes read fanfics to get my fix of pony in-between seasons, but of course everyone has their own methods. I like them because I think that fanfics are very similar to indie games, while they have little to no budget to speak of they make up for it with sheer originality and unrestricted imaginativeness. Sure, a lot of it turn out mediocre at best, but a few stories are of show quality or even better. Also because I really like reading.
