Cyber Merman Ryo!*Moonstar102 drew him a while back and it was so awesome that I had to try myself. Don't worry guys, this'll probably be the last merman picture for a while. XD

I know! I once wrote this little fan-fiction when I was 14 about how he could turn into a merman whenever he touched water. xD It was cheesy, but I love this!

I love his design, I spewed love all over her original pictures of him 8D I don't know how he can swim without sinking, but to hell with it <3 He's got such a great design and tormented back story x3 And we all know how I love to torment characters.
Absolutely adore his facial expression here ;w; It's so emo, but not in a wrist slitting way, just a 'go away' sort of attitude. And I like how you made him all buff and tough so it looks like he could actually swim around with that tail with less effort than we'd all imagine.
And your attention to lighting makes my pants glee <3 I like the little shiny bits, especially on his fin because who the hell else would remember that but you? >3<

It's so amazing! She just came up with the idea out of nowhere and I couldn't help but fall in love with him and his metallic tail of lacking practicality. XD ...If that's even a word. Tormented backstories are the best kind - how can we relate with these emos if they've had happy lives? 8D
He was probably forced to work out just to endure the weight of the tail, or that's what we're supposed to believe at any rate. XD
If it's not shiny then I'm not interested in drawing it - that's almost a rule.

I love the inverted S-shape the curve of his back and tail make. Poor Zane, he doesn't look very happy. Which is not surprising, considering the story of how he got that tail. I see the big scar on his side there T_T

Yeah, it was pretty sad. ;-; He was supposed to have a scar on his face too but I couldn't get it to work when I tried drawing it, so it got left out.
