Here is the second of Experiments I made a while ago but finally finished XD 272 here is designed to create water balloons, basically~ His pipe antennas can suck up water and filter it through his body and out his abdomen into a replaceable high elasticity Balloon~ Heh as a few extra balloons under his hat. I...suppose it could be mean to let him hurl water balloons at people but...I have no real idea WHY I made this guy.He is a cutie though XD I was tinkering with another bug idea and this guy came from it ^^' I figured I'd finish him and just see what you guys think~ So please leave some feedback and such <3
