Here is another old Experiment! a little early for winter but 196 here is designed to spread Black Ice all over the Ground. His Stomach is pure Ice which he slides on to freeze the ground and spread the ice, making people slip and leave no traction for cars and such! SO EVIL! BUT since I am not that evil I use him to set up an ice rink in the freezerI still think he looks adorable! Such a cute lil Goggle and scarf wearing Robo Penguin O3O Anyway just still uploading my old experiments slowly so as always I wanna hear from you guys so leave plenty of feedback <3
