Anywhore, I like the tones you used for it. Makes the skin look very nice and slightly textured and the gaze seems penetrating (partly due to the pose but) mostly due to the color.

I think I'm going to do some more work on this one and repost it, but I'm really glad you liked it.

The skin tone and shading of it are nice.
The coat could be a bit more defined with its shading. It looks like you added some contrast to the left collar, and the colouring could have benefited with a bit more contrast.
The buckle could use a little more metallic shading, and the pants could use a little more contrast as well.
But as a whole, it's a good job.
