Description
0.use only one layer1.draw a outline with dark color
2.use lighter color
3.again use lighter color ,i use same brushes like there ryky.deviantart.com/art/Light-…
4.create new layer with "LUMINOSITY" settings and make glowing with lighter color
5.create again new layer with same settings "luminosity" select lighter color and make some sparkle details.

This is pretty awesome. I've been wanting to do a few pictures of some wizard characters and have glowing spell effects, but... Never can quite get it right... Hopefully this should help!
