I'd tend to agree that the Hulk would win but some interesting stuff has happened to She-Hulk at Marvel. In her recent mini-series she was involved in an intergalactic alien boxing match with a guy (in a previous series) who came to earth and beat everybody. Actually this guy almost killed "The Thing". She-Hulk became aware that her gamma power doesn't work the same way as the Hulk. His strength comes from his anger while her power simply exponentially multiplies her alter ego (Jen's) strength.

So Jen bulked up quite a bit and easily defeated the alien boxing guy. Mr. Fantastic tested her strength and she could lift "The Thing's" max press easily with one hand. Later she had an arm wrestling match with the god Hercules and she threw the match (not wanting anyone else know how strong she had become) and stated that she could have beaten him at any time. Hercules and the Hulk are supposed to have equal strength so if She-Hulk could beat Hercules then she should now be as strong or stronger then the Hulk. So in a boxing match with the Hulk she'd be a smaller target, who's faster, smarter and just as strong.

Regardless it would be an interesting read.

I've been reading that series. Doesn't she have to wear some kind of harness to keep her strength in check, now?

Yeah, I want really sure what that was all about. It was a suit that was developed for Iron man. With the suit she could better control her newly found strength. I'm only assuming that over time she'd get use to it, because I can't imagine that is her permanent costume. Unless they modified the suit to look more like a real costume, but that also seems unlikely.

Since your reading that series I'll also let you in on something else. In this image I was also going to give her "Super Strength" gem, but I couldn't think of a clean way to add it. Only maybe 0.1% of people would understand it so I passed. Plus Jen doesn't seem like the cheating type. But there would have been no doubt that she would have won then.
