There really is no simple answer to that question. The characters, shield, and text were drawn in Illustrator and edited slightly in Photoshop. I took some footage of the American Flag flying locally and pan and scanned it in After Effects to get rid of some of the shaking. I used a whole lot of layers and key frames in After Effects to get the grain and feel of a shaking projector. For the rest, lets just say the puppet tool is your friend... I spliced together the intro and credits in Premiere and edited the sound in there as well. I think that's it, but I'm sure I missed something...
