I think that is a good close up and a nice conceptual photo.
The construction of the image is well done, the colour drops that falling down are really full of light and movement; this movement added at the drops' density also makes a strong contrast with the static pose of the model.
The green, yellow, red and blue give at the photo a touch of glee and fantasy that is difficult to find in the close up's world.
The white light of the background that come from the side of the body focus the attention of the viewer on the subject and also highlights the volume and the skin texture and colour.

Excellent choice of colors, as they give great spread of hues across the image. My favorite parts are actually small details. The slight swirl of pigment and oils in the paint itself adds some vibrancy. The fact that some of the paint has definite thickness (red) seems so much more appropriate than a thinner liquid such as the commonly used milk or even chocolate syrup in playful nude portraits. Finally the small drips that seem to be coagulating (for instance purple) also help create the sense of thickness in the liquid.
It's a nice play on the balance of soft skin, fullness of the breasts, and clinging viscosity of the paint.
