Description Intermediate Modeling, kinetic machine project.
Unsmoothed version of the model was about 221,000 triangles, smoothed version was approx 1,200,000 triangles.
Modeled in 5 days with Maya 7.0
Rendered with mental ray.

in the moview the parts were more shiny, not more reflective, and the retrace should be more blury, thas more metallic but the authenticness is amazing, wonederfull job

wow, I've looked through all the final versions, and I really like how it turned out. Looks like all that hard work last weekend really payed off, especually since you've been away from Maya for so long. Hope your teacher loves it as much as I do ^_^
