[Rider Info]
Kamen Rider Excell Reverse is a Dark Rider within the narrative of the story and a seeming twisted doppelganger of Kamen Rider Excell. The Rider appears during the last Arc of the story. The Form is achieved by inserting the Excell Reverse SyncTec into the X-Driver V2 (Rollout Colors).
Despite the Rider Form looking and mimicking the functions and design of the standard Kamen Rider Excell, it actually has a very nasty and unique ability, something the original Excell lacks: It can permanently copy, paste and improve the stats and powers of other Riders onto itself. This is achieved with the Exceed Visor ER, the eyes of the Rider. Each copying is hailed with a visual change, referred to as Phases. With Phase 2, the form mimics the appearance of Excell Rise Form as well. However, the ability comes with the heavy drawback of breaking down from overuse, causing the user and the form to take a heavy toll and need to recover for a good while.
Aside from also copying the finishers, the standard finisher of the Rider Form is Diving Down-Start, which is a mirrored version of the Rising High-End, only with glowing purple/Golden Energy. The Rider Form also has no weapons on its own, often having to snatch a weapon from someone else to gain one.
The Rider Form Insert Theme for all of its Phases is "Risentimento Riflesso".
[Trivia]
He is inspired by the concept of the Evil mirror doppelganger trope in fiction, with examples including the Reverse-Flash, Dark Pit, the Shocker Riders and more.
His colors are the Negative inverted versions of Kamen Rider Excell's colors.
