Kamen Rider Ultimos is the Rider Form of Ultimos, as well as their true form, having ditched the possessed body of Tensou Exponenti upon retrieving the Ultimos Driver, which is used to achieve that form. In this form, they serve as the final antagonist of story and the final arc itself. Due to its large size and extreme power, Ultimos stands as one of the strongest Riders of the series, only being surpassed by Excell Unlimited and rivalled by Keberos Tartaros. This form has the power of Reality Manipulation, being able to warp reality at its will, generate portals and create pocket dimensions for multiple purposes, both offensive and defensive. Aside from that, the form also is equipped with the One's AxeGun, an axe-gun hybrid of devastating power. The Finisher of the Rider Form is called One's Divine Execution, a reality-bending Rider Kick that destroys the target upon impact.
