I think that would be interesting, but I lack the imagination to think of a reasonable plot to sustain that many more episodes. Regardless I hope it gathers enough interest to warrant a second season too!

There WAS the fact that certain missions weren't shown. (If you look back, the episodes were titled out-of-order case numbers, for example episode 1 was case 13) If they were to show off the missions that weren't showcased, that could lead to a season 2. Then again, the last 3 episodes were the last 3 cases (I assume at least, as there is no case with a number greater than 24). There are a few large gaps between the numbers, so that could lead to an effective concluding 'arc' of sorts.

I think you raised some good points that there were gaps in the story, but being told out of chronological order up until the end and leaving gaps to the imagination I think made for a better story instead of trying to explain what happened with every case. Going back to those gaps with a second season might just make things seem convoluted instead of simply starting up a new story arc following their continued efforts.

Oh my, I've been waiting for Pripri art of this type for quite some time. Perhaps inflation isn't quite my cup of tea - I prefer normal WG - but this is still really wonderful. I have to say the addition of having Charlotte cuddling Ange is just perfect, I've always seen her as the kind to enjoy Ange landing herself in these situations. I particularly love that Ange still manages to keep a straight face, even when her body is inflating. Please accept my personal thanks. You really should watch the full anime; it's one of my favourites, and the fandom, despite being small, is very dedicated. There are a bunch of amazing fics on the AO3.

Agreed! I like Princess Principal a lot too! It's such a cute and action packed series and has some neat twists (like that one about Ange and Charlotte's true identities). Though I always found Beatrice and Chise to be my most favorites among the Visitors of the Black Lizard Planet.
Though I didn't even know Princess Principal really had a fandom. I feel it's kinda like two of my other favorite anime shows, Machine Doll, and Ars Nova, which aren't getting as much recognition as they deserve, but the fans I have seen are quite dedicated.

Pripri has some great storytelling, and even Game of Mission (Pripri's mobile gacha-game) has a lot of good storytelling and ange/charlotte and dorothy/beato moments. I'm not too much of a fan of Beato, but I can still appreciate her story. Chise, on the other hand, is a character I really enjoy.
The fandom is particularily alive on Tumblr and AO3. I suggest you read Shadowkitten's 'Wilderness of Mirrors', which an amazingly mature take on the series that has a well-paced and interesting story, as well as an incredibly satisfying ending. I've actually written a few fics of my own, too, despite them not being as good as her's. I've been trying to sneak stuffing in here and there, but the pripri fandom is dreadfully dry of fats.

I didn't like the video game. I expected more than just a Candy Crush clone for a Princess Principal game. I'd rather something like a Bioshock/Metal Gear-esque game, since the series reminds me a ton of Bioshock and Metal Gear (except cute). Maybe with some parts like Assassin's Creed added in too. Imagine that stuff, like Metal Gear/Assassin's Creed-esque stealth and assassination but with things like Ange's Gravity Powers to get around and such. Or segments where you'd play as Chise and hack n slash tons of enemy guards!
I like how it's not like your typical spy series. You don't have some Q-knockoff giving them gadgets disguised as household objects, and a bald/eyepatched/mustached villain who sits stroking a cat in a room full of security monitors, and who when he catches the hero instead of kills him there puts him into some sort of convoluted death trap, or something like that. Princess Principal is not like those generic Spy shows, and that makes it better!
I liked Beatrice the most because she's the cutest, and I found it sweet how sensitive she is, yet she's still helpful and what is even cooler is that she's a cyborg!
Chise I liked because she's A FREAKIN' NINJA! I said this series is kinda like Metal Gear, well she's their equivalent of Raiden! Plus it was so badass at parts like when she went all "Jack The Ripper" on her own sensei when he did that attack on the train, or when she won a duel without even using a gun to launch the bullet.
I didn't like Dorothy that much due to all those times she uses her cleavage to distract guards. It's kinda like why I disliked Lucoa in Maid Dragon, who also does that a lot. Yet I don't completely hate her, it was cute with her friendship with Beatrice and how they help each other, and I did feel sorry about her backstory with her Wife Beater father who would even sell her to the mafia!

Whilst I personally enjoy GOM - I enjoy simplistic gacha games like granblue, and I'm interested enough in the super cute character designs to overlook it - I can appreciate the idea of a metal gear pripri game. That would be absolutely incredible.
And despite the Bond references (the pen-gun, and their vacation in casablanca) I do love how the show takes a really serious approach to espionage. The first episode was probably the best for this, and sometimes they pulled some silly moves, but I just adore how they manage to blend deadly serious situations and fluff in the same scenes.

I always kinda found it funny how the girls often refer to themselves as "Visitors from The Black Lizard Planet." Sometimes it made me think of them as a bunch of Xenomorph Schoolgirls, who are also a bunch of deadly Black Lizard Creatures.
No, I do not enjoy Futa, but I will check out the other ones, as long as they aren't too sexual. I prefer them being cute and fluffy sweeties and not sex objects. Though them being inflated or getting fat I see nothing wrong with, as long as it isn't with nudity or them being raped or something disgusting like that.
I didn't really think the Pen Gun was a Bond Reference. I have actually heard that guns disguised as pens have been used in real life assassinations, and in fact can actually be obtained in certain places nowadays.

I wasn't just talking about Bond. I was thinking of other generic Spy shows like "Totally Spies," which also does a lot of the stuff I said, but Princess Principal is nothing like them. I hope the series gets a second season too, although it was good with or without one, it could perhaps use more to it.

Yeah, I love the running gag of the 'Black Lizard Planet'. It's a bit sad, but the writers always find a way to find something cute to do with it. It's just another example of how well it's written and directed.
I know futa doesn't sit well with a lot of people; i received a bit of flak when I was talking about writing it, but it was surprisingly successful, actually. Sometimes I feel like i'm the only person in the fandom who likes lewding the lizards. I hate rape, though. It's utterly detestable, and I can't forgive anyone who writes or draws content of it. I'm just so happy that it hasn't reached the pripri fandom.
Oh, that thing about the pen gun was interesting. I can imagine that was the excact use the pripris had it for. Yeah, I'm happy it's nothing like generic shows like totally spies (well, not entirely happy. After all, TS has that weight gain episode...) The entire fandom is gunning for a second season, and hopefully it'll be announced on the 29th of april at the pripri stage show. For now, though, the picture dramas and GOM events are keeping me satisfied. Oh, that and the practically constant feed of pripri art on japanese twitter.

Well the series did already have some lewd moments already, like that stuff Dorothy often does with her bust. I'm more of just cuteness + action, like them giving moe' cuddles and being sweet and snuggly, and engaging in epic battles. Like pretty much all of my favorite anime series.
Unfortunately, I've already seen some rape and gore stuff drawn for the series already. Some disturbing gore rape stuff I saw of Dorothy with some of the flesh on her breasts stripped off and her naked, which I thought was plain wrong. So yeah it has sadly reached the fandom now.
I don't have a twitter, but I will leave some comments when I can.

Hmm, yeah, don't worry, I've had my fair share of heart attacks by going on pixiv or foolishly looking for doujins. Fortunately, there is one good one, which I have the good luck of owning. What I mean is that there isn't any of that stuff where I go to consume media.
That beato is super cute! I can imagine she might go a bit yandere once she learnt about Charlotte and Ange's real relationship. The costume designs of pripri really rely on the details of their outfits to succeed, and you really nailed beato's design.
But honestly, this art is really amazing. Every time I come back to look at it it reminds me of how thirsty I am for fattened up spies. Perhaps I'll write a wg fic and post it on da instead of ao3.

Oh say, another thing. Have you watched Unbreakable Machine Doll? It's another one of my favorite anime series with lots of cuteness and action, but sadly doesn't seem to be getting much love, and also could use another season. You might like it.
Why I mention it is that in Unbreakable Machine Doll, the girls wear very similar outfits to the girls at Princess Principal at their school, and the designs of the cities and vehicles and technology is rather similar too. It's got a lot more Cuteness + Action though, since it involves magic robot battles and their owners.

I can't say I've seen it. I may have heard the name before, but nothing of it's content. These days I only watch airing seasonal anime, really. It's a Sunday tomorrow anyway, so I might be able to binge it. Where do you suggest I watch it?

Oh yeah, I've known for a while; they actually announced it like two years ago and just kept delaying it to work on blackfox - which you should also watch - but yeah, the six, high-quality movies will be an absolutely delicious second season. hopefully it'll get plenty more people drawing good fats of them, too.

I love how you draw their expressions. So fitting with how Ange and Charlotte are BFFs, and how Beatrice is the sensitive but oh so cute girl. It's good you keep them in-character here, and still mega cute!
Also, so she's blocking the path with her? Makes sense because if it were to fly away instead, Ange could just do that normally because she can manipulate gravity.

You really should watch it. It's a great anime full of espionage, action, turmoil, and cuteness. Basically, the girls are part of a spy organization working to overthrow an oppressive Kingdom, without the Kingdom even knowing. It's kinda like a cross between Bioshock, Code Geass, and Metal Gear, BUT WITH CUTENESS!
And yes, Ange does possess Gravity Powers (short ranged, but still gravity), linked to a mystic item called the C-Ball. She demonstrates it a couple times in the show, like this one scene where she infiltrates an Airship and carries Beatrice with her aboard by floating inside, and another where she made a man close to her float in the air and then threw him down.
