Proctor the Hedgehog:
Proctor is yet another "Hedge of Power". He's granted his abilities by the power of the stars. With his cosmic fingers he can create catastrophic cosmic explosions whithin a snap. Not in control of his powers, Proctor bans himself from civilization as he perceives himself as a threat to humanity. Leading him to a life dwelling in caves banning him from the outside world and the stars.

Proctor's powers are at their limit on an open starry night. Which is when he created a fatal accident towards his face. The limit of Proctors powers are unknown, but estimated to the power of nuclear fission.
