This girl seems so beautiful but in heavy distress. When I have read the quote of Isabel Allende, I learned that her father has died. That is why she is crying and wearing a black dress for mourning. In her hand she is holding a forgetmenot flower, which is slowly decomposing, fading away. And I absolutely do not know how to interpret the black sprinkles flying away upwards: Are they the soul of her father? Or remains of ashes of her father? Nevertheless, they are moving upwards towards the sky. In this way, it has some hope in it. The flower matches well with the quote, not to forget someone, but keep him alive in heart and thoughts.
I love how expressive you have drawn her eyes. Even her slightly parted lips tell about her grief. The rose hair colour seems extraordinary but is common in anime/manga (as I have already seen some anime girls with this hair colour). You have very detailled depicted the strands falling on her cheeks and brow.
Overall, it is a great drawing and an interesting theme. Keep up that great work!
