I wanted to show bit more tenderness here, rather than rampant nudity/sexuality. I dunno, took so long to do due to current and persistent pain issues and has a long list of issues, but hate being so inactive.
Speaking of issues, I am still pretty much out of action and basically inactive everywhere. Half my left arm is screaming in pain, the other half I can hardly feel at all, due to pressure on the nerves. Have no strength in my left hand and sleep has been at minimal levels unless the drugs knock me out for a couple of hours. Still a few days before I get the proper treatment for this pain I am going through, and then wait and see how it works out after that. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I can get back to being more productive and present.
Again I thank all those who have wished me well, be glad when this is sorted. I am going to sleep for a week then.
My notification list is nearly at 8k
I just cant find the energy to do anything.

I'm no stranger to constant pain, while not since birth, since I was a young lad and therefore most of my life, but that is in my knees, and that pain can vary from that dull ache you are well informed on to crippling pain and has caused me more issues and suffering in work and life than I care to think on. I blame it for the mental health issues I suffer, which cost me 20yrs of my life and my marriage. Pain and insomnia does that to you.
This shoulder issue is above and beyond however.
Monday booked in for an ultrasound and steroid injection, that plus physiotherapy, rest and pain relief is about all there is to it.
Cause? I dunno, just woke up 4.5weeks ago with a shore shoulder that just got worse. Doc thinks due to the chest cold I had for a couple of weeks I just coughed it into existence, aggravated the joint, caused swelling in the fluid sacks. It's basically a glorified version of 'tennis elbow' but in the shoulder. Sounds simple when put like that but I can assure you it isn't.
I just have to wait and see how effective this is on Monday and go from there.
