Mastermind 0132 — Description
When this series ended the first time it had three major plot threads: James/Jess, Sparrow/Spider/Duchess, and Alva. We still have three: James/Super Corps, Sparrow/Spider/Duchess/Alva, and Jess/Island. We are on entirely new ground now and I have no idea what is in store for us in the future.

With Jess here, the Exiles on the Island are being pulled into this, and we already saw Night Girl and Jade Ninja get involved. We also have a major war with James brewing and a shoe will drop for us taking Jess away from World Master Media. We also have more heroes and villains to rescue from Jame's secret corporate comic-industry retirement prison.

It feels like a better setup going forward because the Exile stories here on the island are now a part of the main continuity instead of being stuck in Stranded with the models. That doesn't mean there can't be crossovers, but I want to see the likes of Aria and Sheeba Queen of Cats get their chance to shine.

It also means the Island and our home is now under threat. In a way if you go back to the original Stranded, with James running Hunter and Sundari off the road, it always was - but we never really wanted to admit it. Well, the price you pay not to live in ignorance is that you have to grow up a little bit and take responsibility for things - and Hunter has done a great job of that building this island into a home for us all (with the help of Taylor, the Exiles, and the Space Amazons).

And then there is Paradox.
